The Tenagra Ticket Exchange guarantees that the following will be true for all event tickets ordered through tenagra.com:
1. All tickets are legitimate tickets, valid for entry.
Unless otherwise noted as part of the ticket description, all the tickets sold on The Tenagra Ticket Exchange are guaranteed to be authentic tickets, valid for entry to the event the ticket is for. If the venue will not accept the ticket for entry, the purchaser must ship the unused tickets to The Tenagra Ticket Exchange as instructed in email by The Tenagra Ticket Exchange. The Tenagra Ticket Exchange will investigate the incident to determine why the tickets were not accepted, and if The Tenagra Ticket Exchange finds that the ticket seller was in error, the purchaser will be refunded the full cost of the tickets including shipping costs and service fees.
2. All tickets delivered will be the same, equal, or better than what was originally requested.
If the purchaser does not receive the exact tickets he or she ordered, The Tenagra Ticket Exchange guarantees that the replacement tickets will be of equivalent or better value than the tickets originally requested. If purchaser complains that the tickets they received do not meet this criteria, and if the event has not yet occurred, and if The Tenagra Ticket Exchange determines in its sole discretion that the tickets are not adequate to fulfill its promise of equivalent or better tickets, The Tenagra Ticket Exchange may either provide the purchaser with equivalent or better tickets, or it may refund the purchase price of the tickets including shipping costs and service fees. In either case, purchaser must ship the tickets back to The Tenagra Ticket Exchange as instructed by The Tenagra Ticket Exchange in a prompt manner to be eligible for a refund or new tickets. If the event has already occurred, The Tenagra Ticket Exchange may provide the purchaser with a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the purchaser must ship the unused tickets back to The Tenagra Ticket Exchange as instructed by The Tenagra Ticket Exchange.
3. All tickets will be delivered in a timely manner.
All deliveries are made to the billing address of the purchaser. We guarantee that the tickets will be shipped to the purchaser in sufficient time so that at least one delivery attempt will be made before the event occurs. If the event occurs and no delivery attempt has been made, The Tenagra Ticket Exchange will coordinate with the ticket seller to issue the purchaser a refund of the cost of the tickets including shipping costs and service fees. The purchaser is responsible for making himself or herself available to receive delivery of the tickets when a delivery attempt is made. If purchaser cannot be available to receive delivery, purchaser shall contact and coordinate with Federal Express, or whatever other delivery company the ticket seller might use for the purchaser's order, to make alternate delivery or pickup arrangements.
4. If an event is permanently cancelled, a refund will be issued.
If an event is permanently cancelled, The Tenagra Ticket Exchange will coordinate with the ticket seller to provide the purchaser a full refund of the ticket price including any service fees. The Tenagra Ticket Exchange may require the purchaser to return the tickets to the ticket seller to be eligible for this refund. If an event that you purchase tickets for is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. No refunds are available if an event is postponed but not cancelled.
